Take a drive through the rich farming lands of the Boyne Valley or if you have a 4WD, take a day trip to Kroombit Tops National Park where you can take in the panoramic views from the lookouts and visit the plane crash site of "Beautiful Betsy."

The Gladstone Harbour Festival is one of Queenslands largest festivals held over 5 days from Wednesday to Sunday over Easter which culminates with the Brisbane to Gladstone Ocean Yacht Race. Pre-book your stay at the Park View Motel to enjoy all the fun of the festival

At Gladstone Marina, enjoy a picnic or walk the 2.5kms of walking tracks through native flora. Take the kids to the nearby skatepark or to the new East Shores Water Park on Flinders Parade at the waterfront. View the colourful waterfall at night.
